Dining Codes
The Chatham House Rule applies -
Participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of speakers, or of any other participant, may be revealed.
Everyone is asked to treat the occasion as they would any other meeting, and ensure that mobile ‘phones and other alarm devices are switched off throughout the meeting.
The dress code is lounge suits / business dress
Members should expect to give as well as receive business from each other. In this way all members will benefit.
Contact details and the specialisation of all club members will be given to guests attending dinner. Members present at dinner will be highlighted on the list. Similar information about guests will be available to all members. Guests will also have access to greater detail on the club website.
Business cards, or other promotional literature, should not be offered to guests but may be given on request.
Club members should pay for each quarterly dinner by cheque two weeks in advance.
